Why is it worth working with us?
The school teaches students from Europe, the USA, Asia and all over Russia. Therefore, we are looking for coaches from different time zones from all regions of Russia and the CIS countries. We can cover with classes your morning free hours and provide students in the daytime and evening.

The coaches from Moscow are able to work in our chess clubs and chess offices in public and private educational institutions.
We provide a convenient work schedule for any time of the day
There is no need to wait, look for students, worry about cancelled classes, lack of groups. The school gives you a minimum of 100 working hours per month and can increase them to 200 as far as possible and during the professional growth of the coach.
You will be always provided by many classes
Thanks to full-time employment and high salaries (an experienced coach earns 100-200 thousand rubles a month), your favorite hobby becomes the main profession.

Payment for each class is based on experience and level. On average, a coach reaches a salary of 70,000 rubles or more in 2-3 months.
We turn your favorite hobby into a highly paid job
The school encourages the professional growth of a coach and provides a complete toolkit for effective work:
We provide ready tools and help to work with maximum efficiency
training and methodology complex: includes detailed class plan and homework;
interactive video courses and quizzes;
the own online platform for classes.
We have a system of professional training and mentoring: international grandmasters are responsible for the chess part of work, and professional methodologists are responsible for the educational part of work.
The online classes allow you not to waste time on the road to the venue, you'll not be limited to 2 groups 2 times a week, because there are no more "children" in your neighborhood, you'll not be afraid of seasonal colds, SARS, Covid, etc. The online classes are convenient and safe both for coaches and students. During a flu epidemic, the coach does not have empty groups, does not cancel classes, the coach always has classes.
We provide comfort, peace and safety
Each coach has its own strengths and comfort zones - someone loves and knows how to work with preschoolers, someone specializes in teaching adult students, someone prefers to teach adolescents or elementary school kids. The same – we take into account the level of students. We select groups and individual classes for the coach's specialization.
We take into account individual characteristics and wishes
Together we raise students who achieve high results
